1 Information We Collect
Axenor collects the following categories of information when you use our mobile application and related services:

We do not collect precise GPS location, contact lists, camera or microphone data unless you explicitly grant such permissions for a specific feature.
2 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
- Provide, operate, and improve the Axenor application and services
- Calculate and display safety scores, earnings, and goal progress
- Send push notifications and in-app alerts relevant to your activity
- Analyse usage patterns to enhance user experience and application performance
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- Comply with legal obligations
3 Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate our infrastructure (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting). They are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to perform services on our behalf.
- Your employer / organisation: Aggregated or role-specific data (such as safety scores and earnings) may be visible to authorised administrators within your organisation as part of the service functionality.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Axenor, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus up to 90 days after deletion to allow for recovery.
- Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
- Crash logs and diagnostic data are automatically purged after 12 months.
You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
5 Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for sensitive database fields
- Role-based access controls limiting who can access production data
- Regular security reviews and dependency audits
- Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorised API access
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. If you suspect a security issue, please report it to security@axenor.com.
6 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection / Restriction: Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

You may also opt out of non-essential push notifications at any time through your device settings.
7 Children's Privacy
Axenor is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
8 Third-Party Services
The Axenor application integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics) – Firebase Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics for Firebase – used to understand app usage patterns
- Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting and diagnostics
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties.
9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Axenor application after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
